Terms and Conditions for ACE Learning

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using ACE Learning ("the App"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please do not access the App.

  1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 11 years old to use the App. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2 License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

1.3 Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process and for keeping your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. Content and Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute the content of the App without our prior written consent.

2.2 User-Generated Content
You may have the opportunity to submit or upload content to the App, such as comments, questions, or other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in any media.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

3.1 Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3.2 Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
3.3 Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
3.4 Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.
3.5 Use the App to transmit or distribute viruses, worms, or other harmful computer code.
3.6 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or to any other user's account.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
